"
DESCRIPTION: Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver stands at one mile above sea level. Residents are an exciting mix of outdoor-activity thrill seekers and hard-working people drawn to the pull of local industry. Unfortunately, the thrilling lifestyle available in and around the Mile High City has created exponential growth that has negatively impacted many of the Denver natives. Rising house prices and the pressures of urban sprawl have left many homeless and unemployed...losing jobs to commuter residents. You have the chance to reach out to help those “left behind” in the growth and expansion of this metropolitan area. Prove to these residents that the air may be thinner, but the hope is abundant!
